Access Care Partners announces the availability of Older Americans Act funds in Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2026 and 2027, through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Grants will be awarded through a competitive proposal review process, to support and extend comprehensive and coordinated services enabling persons age 60 and over to remain living in their homes and communities. The Access Care Partners’ Area Agency on Aging service region includes the communities of Holyoke, Chicopee, South Hadley, Belchertown, Granby, Ware and Ludlow.

Please note, the Older Americans Act RFP is unrelated to the Home Care RFP. Current contracted Home Care providers do not need to take any action at this time., unless they with to apply for Older Americans Act funding.
