What is the Money Management Program?

Simplify your finances with our Money Management Program.  Our Money Management Program is designed to support older adults who may need a little extra assistance staying on top of their bills, balancing their checkbook, and budgeting.

We offer two trusted services to meet your needs:

Bill Pay Volunteer Service – Our Bill Pay Volunteers provide in-home assistance to help you sort mail, organize bills, set up budgets, write checks, and understand financial paperwork. By working with one of our dedicated volunteers, you’ll have the support you need to stay organized, reduce stress, and take control of your finances.

Representative Payee Service – For those who need more hands-on support, our trained staff step in to manage Social Security benefits on your behalf. Acting in your best interest, we make sure all essential household bills are paid on time, so you can focus on what matters most—living life to the fullest.

Could You or a Loved One Benefit from Money Management Support?

Managing finances can sometimes become overwhelming, especially as life circumstances change. If you’ve noticed any of the following signs in yourself or someone you care about, it might be time to consider reaching out for support through Access Care Partners’ Money Management Services:

  • Unpaid Bills Scattered Around the House: Disorganization or overlooked bills may signal difficulties in managing financial responsibilities.
  • Complaints About Not Having Enough Money to Pay Bills: Frequent worries about making ends meet could indicate a need for extra support.
  • Anxiety Over Paying Bills or Utility Shut-Off Notices: Stress and fear about financial matters may point to the need for assistance.
  • Physical Disabilities: Mobility challenges or physical limitations can make it difficult to handle day-to-day financial tasks independently.
  • Confusion, Memory Loss, Anxiety, or Depression: Cognitive or emotional difficulties can interfere with staying on top of finances.
  • Low Income with Limited Assets: Managing finances on a fixed or limited income may require additional resources and planning.

If any of these signs sound familiar, we’re here to help. Don’t wait—reach out to Access Care Partners today and learn how our Money Management Services can provide the support and peace of mind you need!
