At Access Care Partners, we don’t directly hire or employ Home Care Aides, but we proudly partner with trusted Homecare Providers throughout the Pioneer Valley. Together, we ensure older adults and individuals with disabilities can remain in their homes, living as independently and comfortably as possible.
Our provider network is always on the lookout for compassionate individuals ready to make a difference. Most providers are happy to train the right candidate entering the Home Care profession.
If you’d like to gain training at your own pace before seeking employment—or if you’re already working in the field and want a refresher—you can take advantage of the Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST) program. Offered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence, these courses are free and accessible in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. They’re open to everyone, not just those seeking employment—family members and caregivers may also find them valuable when supporting a loved one.
Take the first step toward a fulfilling career helping others live safely and independently at home. The possibilities are endless, and the impact you make could last a lifetime!
